- 1 tsp coconut sugar can use brown sugar
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup tamari or soy sauce low sodium
- 6 oz ramen noodles
- green onions and sesame seed for garnish optional
Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic to pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off heat and whisk in tamari/soy sauce, coconut sugar and Sriracha.
Add in noodles and toss with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
