1pizza crustpre-made (gluten free or cauliflower crust optional)
1cupmozzarella cheesegrated
prosciutto optional
salt & pepper to taste
crushed red pepper flakes for garnishoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F
In a pan over medium heat, add in some olive oil and add in kale and mushrooms. Lightly sauté for a couple minutes until slightly wilted. Set aside.
Place pre-made pizza crust on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle on half of the cheese as a base layer then distribute all ingredients on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of everything.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes (optional).
